Grand River Gala Donation Requests

A highlight of the Grand River Gala are the hometown baskets from our students, alumni, board members, Faculty, staff, and friends. Are you willing to donate or solicit an item or a gift basket representing your hometown? Past Gala auction baskets and items have represented various towns from Cleveland, OH, Gettysburg, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, and many other locations.

In addition to the hometown baskets, we request that friends and families of the Academy donate an item for the silent or live auctions. The categories and items listed below are not intended to be representative of an exhaustive list. Rather, they are meant to help you and others spark creativity and think of unique and interesting items you might be able to donate or secure for the Grand River Gala! Please let us know of any other categories or ideas you think we should consider. A key to any successful Silent Auction and Live Auction is creativity, innovation, and providing unique experiences.
